WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can use all the main Credit Cards & PayPal in our store.

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Back Roads Woodworks adheres to highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments safely.

ORDER TRACKING

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

At Back Roads Woodworks we don't use any order tracking because we deliver our products ourselves.  When you order from us, we will work with you to plan the product and any customizations.  Once it is ready for delivery, we will contact you to coordiate a time that will work best.  

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

When your items are ready for delivery, we will contact you via email and phone to coordinate a time that will work best. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Back Roads Woodworks does not ship nor deliver products to international customers.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?

All items are subject to material availability and shop manufacturing time.  For stock items with no customization, ship time is less than one week.  For customized products, ship time is less than two weeks.  

HOW IS THE PRODUCT BEING DELIVERED?

This depends on where you live and which product you order. The package will be delivered to your home office, or destination in coordination with you.  We can drop off the product for contactless delivery if desired.  

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

We offer $75 flat rate delivery for up to four Adirondack Chairs within 150 miles of Carrolton Georgia.  For other items, we will coordinate with you for the best shipping method.  

FROM WHERE IS MY PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED FROM?

Our workshop is outside of Carrolton Georgia.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / FAULTY PRODUCT?

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from Back Roads Woodworks, please send us a photo or video illustrating the damage and we will coordinate with you for a replacement (free of course)

AFTER PURCHASE

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE?

If this happens to you, email us at support@backroadswoodworks.com as soon as possible, and we will take care of it. We expect to be in touch with you throughout the manufacturing process so there will be time to ensure delivery to the location you choose.
